Our half grass-fed lamb is about 15-20 pounds of meat, in cuts that are individually packaged and frozen.
 
The packaged cuts for a HALF lamb include:
4 Loin Chops                 2 Rib Chops
4 Shoulder Chops          2 Shanks
1 Denver Style Ribs        1 Sirloin Roasts
1 Leg of Lamb                1 Package of Neck Stew Bones
4 lbs. Ground Lamb
 
**Add an additional 5 lbs. of Ground Lamb for only $8.50 per lb.**
